We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team to create intuitive, elegant, and satisfying user experiences for complex tasks. As part of our growing UX team, you will work with dedicated UX designers and product teams focused on creating software that is powerful, feature-rich, yet easy to use.
Key Responsibilities:
Create user-centered designs for applications and tools through research, user interviews, and usability testing
Identify existing usability gaps and make recommendations to correct them
Work with product teams and engineers to design or refine solutions throughout a product lifecycle from concept to launch to continuous improvements
Requirements:
1 to 3 years experience designing complex digital applications (enterprise-level experience is a plus)
Experience conducting user research, performing research analysis, and creating supporting UX documentation
Demonstrated experience translating abstract requirements into user workflows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI development requirements leading to intuitive user experiences
Willingness to work in a collaborative, iterative product development process
Portfolio of past work with examples in web and enterprise
Organized and proactive with exceptional attention to details
Experience using style guides, common component libraries, and Sketch libraries
Expert knowledge of UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InVision, Inspect, and Zeplin
Comfortable working remotely while collaborating with global remote product teams
Solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, best practices, and usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility concerns
