We are seeking a highly skilled Design Strategist and UX/UI Leader to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading the design of client-facing digital products, internal marketing efforts, and For creative standards.

This is not just a design job – it's a strategic, high-impact position that blends execution with vision. You will help shape the visual identity of our clients, craft bold brand identities, and create meaningful experiences that move our clients—and their businesses—forward.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UX/UI design of websites, SaaS tools, and mobile apps —from research and wireframes to high-fidelity visuals.
  • Brand and visual identity design for startups and scaleups.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to bring digital products to life with pixel-perfect quality.
  • Be a strategic design partner in client meetings, helping them navigate decisions and envision bold possibilities.
  • Studio Marketing & Brand:
  • Own For internal brand and marketing design—from social media to our website.
  • Concept, design, and execute lead-generation campaigns (organic and paid).
  • Design sales materials, case studies, presentations, and proposal templates.
  • Support the founder in building For positioning, voice, and market presence (awards, partnerships, content).
  • Basic Front-End Skills:
  • Proficiency with Webflow (custom builds, CMS logic, animations, responsive behavior).
  • Experience using Framer and/or Relume for prototyping or production-ready sites.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern responsive layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid).
  • Awareness of interaction best practices, microinteractions, and animation libraries.
  • Internal Collaboration & Growth:
  • Act as a bridge between creative, marketing, and sales—ensuring a consistent visual and strategic narrative.
  • Stay on top of design trends, tools, and best practices—bringing ideas and innovations into the studio.
  • Help improve internal workflows and creative systems to deliver higher quality work, faster and smarter.
  • What We're Looking For:
  • 2–3 years of experience in a design agency or product studio.
  • Proven ability to own and lead both branding and UX/UI projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong grasp of visual design, layout, and hierarchy—combined with systems thinking and storytelling.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Webflow.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—comfortable facing clients and speaking with confidence.
  • Highly autonomous, self-organizing, and proactive in shaping your workload and goals.
  • A strategic mindset: you think beyond the brief, understanding the business goals behind the design.
