Your Role at Capgemini

• As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for leading organizations worldwide. Our collaborative community of colleagues supports your career growth, empowering you to make a lasting impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions into multiple projects and proposals throughout the year.
• Translate research insights into compelling design concepts, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the value and impact of your work.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure usability, feasibility, and proper implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness and iterate based on user feedback.
• Present design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating their value and impact.
• Your Profile

• We are seeking individuals with a strong foundation in human-computer interaction, design, psychology, sociology, communications, marketing, or related fields. Your understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies will enable you to create innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creative critical thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Figma; experience with other relevant design software is a plus.
