Designing the Future, Today

We're seeking an experienced UI/UX developer to join our team at ALTEN in Aveiro, Cacia. As a UI/UX developer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the world of tomorrow by bringing innovative designs to life.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop user interface mockups and proposals based on project requirements and technical constraints;
  • Create product design sketches or visualizations that support the overall concept;
  • Participate in workshops, reviews, and meetings to gather feedback and present proposals;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine designs iteratively;
  • Required Skills and Experience:
  • User interface design for embedded systems, preferably in the HVAC or industrial equipment domain;
  • Visual and product design skills, including the ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete proposals;
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite);
  • Ability to design within technical and ergonomic constraints of control interfaces;
  • Strong visual and interface design skills;
  • Fluency in English; Portuguese is preferred and considered a strong advantage;
