- Responsibilities
- Mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality, user-centered design solutions across various projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and align design strategies with business goals.
- Apply advanced design principles to create sophisticated UI systems, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Gather and analyze data to inform design decisions and continuous improvement.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design solutions.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to identify innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
- Communicate design concepts and project updates to stakeholders, advocating for design decisions.
- Manage design tasks autonomously, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
- Foster a collaborative environment and mentor junior designers.
- Requirements
- Expertise in UX methodologies, design systems, and UI best practices.
- Deep knowledge of user research, usability testing, and user personas.
- Skilled in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving, creative thinking, and design innovation.
- Experience designing responsive and adaptive web and mobile applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Understand accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG compliance).
- Familiarity with Agile workflows.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
- Autonomous, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to influence project direction and make persuasive design decisions.
- Effective engagement with external stakeholders and navigating complex organizations.
- Team-oriented, focusing on mentoring and growth.
- Experience with motion design tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) (nice to have).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (nice to have).
- Familiarity with Agile workflows (nice to have).
