Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for designing user interfaces? Do you have a knack for turning abstract ideas into concrete proposals?

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX developer to join our team. As a UI/UX developer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs that meet the needs of our users.

• The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in UI/UX development and a strong portfolio of work. You should be proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of visual and product design principles and be able to communicate your ideas effectively.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Design user interface mockups and proposals based on early requirements and technical constraints
• Define a visual style and design direction for the interface
• Create product design sketches or visualizations that support the overall concept
• Iterative refinement of designs in coordination with internal stakeholders
• Participation in selected workshops, reviews, or meetings to gather feedback and present proposals
• Requirements:
• User interface design for embedded systems, preferably in the HVAC or industrial equipment domain
• Visual and product design, including the ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete proposals
• Use of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite)
• Designing within technical and ergonomic constraints of control interfaces
• Strong visual and interface design skills
• Fluency in English; Portuguese is preferred and considered a strong advantage
