Job Description

  • We are searching for a UX/UI Consultant with expertise in Accessibility for a project based in Lisbon. This role involves collaborating with development teams to design and implement user-centered solutions.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design low-level (wireframes) and high-level (interfaces) interfaces.
  • Produce navigable prototypes, navigation flows, page architecture, and navigation models.
  • Support projects and applications ensuring alignment with development teams.
  • Presentation of results and conclusions gathered in interviews with users, focus group sessions, ideation or problem deconstruction sessions.
  • Requirements:
  • Professional experience in UX/UI.
  • Previous experience creating and maintaining design systems (UI Kits) in Figma, promoting consistency and scalability of the same across multiple products.
  • Proven experience working with products built on different technologies, primarily on low code platforms, and ability to adapt and design for various technical constraints.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility principles meeting WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
  • Experience with Accessibility.
  • Up to 10 years of experience or experience in the relevant business area.
  • Knowledge of vector drawing and image editing tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience in using and building Design Systems, UI Kits, UI components library, or live styleguides.
  • Ability to think about and build usability flows, page architecture, and navigation models.
  • Experience conducting user interviews, focus group sessions, and collecting usage data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to facilitate ideation or problem deconstruction sessions.
  • Experience in passing projects to development teams.
  • Ability to understand technical limitations and know how to tailor the design proposal.
  • Certifications or training in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Design Thinking, Service Design, UX (usability) or Research.
  • English required, both spoken and written.
