Our organization is seeking a skilled User Experience Designer to lead the creation of clean and effective user experiences for our customers. This candidate will work closely with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand needs and build solutions that meet those requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure consistency in design standards across all design work
• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather project insights
• Develop and present comprehensive documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Utilize user testing to inform product improvements

• Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study
• Minimum 2 years of experience in design
• Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools
