- We are currently seeking a UX/UI Consultant with expertise in Accessibility for a project based in Lisbon.
- Responsibilities:
- Design low-level interfaces (wireframes) and high-level interfaces (interfaces).
- Produce navigable prototypes, navigation flows, page architecture, and navigation models.
- Support projects and applications, ensuring alignment with development teams.
- Present results and conclusions gathered from interviews with users, focus group sessions, ideation, or problem deconstruction sessions.
- Requirements:
- Professional experience in UX/UI.
- Previous experience creating and maintaining design systems (UI Kits) in Figma, promoting consistency and scalability across multiple products.
- Proven experience working with products built on different technologies, primarily on low-code platforms, and ability to adapt and design for various technical constraints.
- Solid understanding of accessibility principles meeting WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
- Experience with Accessibility.
- Up to 10 years of experience or experience in the relevant business area.
- Knowledge of vector drawing and image editing tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred).
- Experience in using and building Design Systems, UI Kits, UI components library, or live styleguides (preferred).
- Ability to think about and build usability flows, page architecture, and navigation models.
- Experience conducting user interviews, focus group sessions, and collecting usage data to inform decisions.
- Ability to facilitate ideation or problem deconstruction sessions.
- Experience in passing projects to development teams.
- Ability to understand technical limitations and know how to tailor the design proposal.
- Certifications or training in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Design Thinking, Service Design, UX (usability), or Research.
- English required, both spoken and written.
