About the Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our engineering and product teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing creative ideas to life and impacting our products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design product concepts that balance vision, business potential, and intuitive user experiences. This includes crafting every detail for new product features from ideation to execution, collaborating with developers, product managers, and team leads, and supporting implementation and addressing any design-related queries.
- To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility. You should also be proficient in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization.
- Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product or software development team.
- Well-rounded skills and experience to run projects independently end to end.
- Experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups to create clear and visually appealing human interfaces.
- Strong proficiency in communication and collaboration.
