The position
We are searching for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Designer. As a key member of our product team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing innovative products that align with our brand vision and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translate ideas into tangible concepts, and ensure a seamless user experience from ideation to execution.
- Responsibilities
- Create design concepts and drawings in accordance with product briefing
- Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming
- Suggest continuous improvements to design and performance
- Employ design concepts into functional prototypes and models
- Perform research on product technologies, tools and materials to implement into design concepts
- Maintain up to date on current industry trends
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate communication and efficiency through design phase and industrialization
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations
- The candidate
- Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field
- Relevant work experience as a product designer is preferred
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Meticulous and diligent
- Knowledge of industry and market trends
- Knowledge on 3D modelling software - SolidWorks
- Very good problem-solving skills
