Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to drive the creation of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user interfaces that meet the needs of our customers, working closely with product and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design user interfaces for our web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides
- Conduct usability testing and make recommendations for improvements
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
