About The Role

We are seeking a Mid UI/UX Engineer to design and implement user interfaces using pre-built component libraries, ensuring high-quality, data-driven user experiences. You will define UI structure and implement it in code, working independently without a dedicated designer.

Key Responsibilities

- Design web interfaces with pre-built components (NextUI, HeroUI, Tailwind).
- Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility.
- Create wireframes and layouts based on structured design principles.
- Implement designs using NextUI, HeroUI, Tailwind CSS on Next.js and React.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and performant UI components.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate data-driven requirements into UI solutions.
- Own the handoff process between design and development.
- Maintain high coding standards and workflows.

Qualifications

- 2+ years frontend development experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and structured design systems.
- Experience with UI component libraries (NextUI, HeroUI, or similar).
- Ability to design and structure UI independently.
- Proficiency in HTML & CSS, writing clean code.
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Visily).
- Version control experience (Git).
- Portfolio with at least 5 projects demonstrating UI design and implementation.

Nice to Have

- Experience with design systems and component architecture.
- Background in D2C product development or performance marketing.
- Accessibility and usability optimization experience.

Interview Process

- Recruiter screening (40 mins)
- Technical interview (60 mins)
- Final interview (45 mins)
