Job Description

As a UX/UI Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric design solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to explore and understand the technological landscape of our systems, products, and processes.

• With your usability mindset, you will use your skills in user research, ideation, prototyping, and testing to solve complex technical challenges. Your designs should be intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with our company's goals.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proven experience as a product designer in complex SaaS or PaaS products, Developer Experience tools (DevEx), or relevant experience in the computer technology industry
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• High proficiency in Figma using and contributing to design systems, for UI consistency and reusability
• Experience with AI in the UX design process for research, ideation, solution design, validation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to contribute to technical feasibility discussions, articulating design decisions clearly and persuasively
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
