Junior UX Business Developer

We are seeking a Junior UX Business Developer to support our commercial efforts, combining user-centered perspective with strategic and operational thinking. This is an ideal role for someone with a background in Design or related areas who wants to explore the intersection between UX and business development.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Sourcing potential clients and business opportunities;
  • Supporting the preparation of commercial proposals and client presentations;
  • Managing administrative documentation and supporting procurement processes;
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis;
  • Updating CRM systems and maintaining commercial databases.
  • Requirements:
  • Academic background in Business, Design, Communication, Marketing, or similar areas;
  • Interest in UX, technology, and business development;
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset;
  • Native fluency in Portuguese and professional fluency in English;
  • 1-2 years of professional experience (preferred).
