UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our client's team in Madeira.

• Responsibilities:
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that translate business requirements and project objectives into functional and engaging interfaces
• Develop and maintain consistent style guides and design standards across all products and platforms
• Conduct usability research and user behavior analysis to improve the overall product experience
• Gather technical and functional requirements from clients to ensure the design meets their needs and expectations
• Create stationery and other visual materials for clients, ensuring consistency between physical and digital materials
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the best user experience
• Test, validate, and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance data.
• Ensure responsiveness and compatibility of designs across devices and resolutions. - Support the development team by translating designs into code when necessary

• Skills:
• Proven previous experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating the creation of functional and aesthetically appealing interfaces
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other similar platforms.
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and agile product development methodologies
• Ability to conduct usability testing and apply design best practices to optimize the user experience
• Strong communication skills to present and defend data-driven design decisions
• Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems with a creative approach
