• *Job Opportunity: Creative UX/UI Designer**

We are seeking an exceptional UX/UI Designer to join our team in Madeira. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for crafting user-centered designs that meet business requirements and project objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that translate business needs into functional interfaces.
• Maintain consistent style guides and design standards across all products and platforms.
• Conduct usability research and user behavior analysis to improve overall product experience.
• Gather technical and functional requirements from clients to ensure design meets their needs and expectations.
• Create visual materials, such as stationery and other brand assets, ensuring consistency between physical and digital materials.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure best user experience.
• Test, validate, and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance data.
• Evaluate responsiveness and compatibility of designs across devices and resolutions.
• Support development team by translating designs into code when necessary.

• Requirements:
• Proven previous experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating creation of functional and aesthetically appealing interfaces.
• Knowledge of design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and agile product development methodologies.
• Ability to conduct usability testing and apply design best practices to optimize user experience.
• Strong communication skills to present and defend data-driven design decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems with creative approach.
