- Senior UX/UI Designer
- This role requires a systems thinker, proactive collaborator, and someone who balances craft with pragmatism.
We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to lead the evolution of our product experience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery to delivery
- Design and document flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Create and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate decisions
- Translate complex industrial use cases into simple and effective user experiences
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
- Mentor junior designers and help establish design best practices
- Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in B2B or SaaS products
- Strong command of Figma and experience building and managing design systems
- A portfolio that shows a clear design process, thoughtful UX decisions, and clean UI
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and applying insights
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects from concept to completion
- A good grasp of technical constraints and how design impacts development
- A curious mindset and drive to continuously improve the product and user experience
