Job Title: UX/UI Designer

We're seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team in Leiria, Portugal.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their UX/UI design skills and process thinking. They should be familiar with interaction design, motion design, and accessibility principles.
• About the Role:
• Design user interfaces for mobile, web, and AR platforms.
• Translate complex workflows into elegant and intuitive designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions.
• Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute the design of user interfaces across mobile, web, and AR platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
• Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Advocate for the user in every phase of development.
• Requirements:
• BSc/MSc degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience designing digital products (mobile/web/AR), ideally in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.
