Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX developer to join our team. As a UI/UX developer, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Design user interface mockups and proposals based on early requirements and technical constraints;
  • Define a visual style and design direction for the interface;
  • Create product design sketches or visualizations that support the overall concept;
  • Iterate and refine designs in coordination with internal stakeholders;
  • Participate in workshops, reviews, or meetings to gather feedback and present proposals.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • User interface design for embedded systems, preferably in the HVAC or industrial equipment domain;
  • Visual and product design skills, including the ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete proposals;
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite);
  • Ability to design within technical and ergonomic constraints of control interfaces;
  • Strong visual and interface design skills; Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Portuguese is preferred.
