UX/UI Design Expert Wanted
- We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Design Expert to join our team in Madeira.
- Develop user-centered design solutions that translate business requirements into functional and engaging interfaces
- Establish and maintain consistent design standards across all products and platforms
- Conduct usability research and analysis to improve the overall product experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and development
- Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance data
- Requirements:
- Proven previous experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating the creation of functional and aesthetically appealing interfaces
- Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other similar platforms
- A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and agile product development methodologies
- Ability to conduct usability testing and apply design best practices to optimize the user experience
- Strong communication skills to present and defend data-driven design decisions
