Reimagining Education through Data-Driven Insights

This is a Digital Opportunities Traineeship (DOT) that offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to contribute to an innovative EdTech start-up.
About the Opportunity

Duration: 6 months, Commitment flexible with a minimum of 3 days per week, Full-time options available.

As a DOT, you will join Talent Tree, a pioneering platform that empowers learners to take ownership of their education. Our mission is to personalise education and help learners reach their full potential by monitoring key executive skills such as goal-setting, planning, and reflection.

• Key Activities:
• Co-design iterations of our Mastery Dashboard to enhance teacher effectiveness and student autonomy.
• Analyse user roles and pain points to visualise the learning process, produce flow-charts, conduct interviews and workshops, and design surveys for evidence gathering.
