Job Description

As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process of our Sales & Use Tax platform. This includes creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of both internal stakeholders and external customers.

You will work closely with senior leaders, product owners, and sales teams to ensure that the experiences you are designing align with business objectives.

  • Translate user needs and business objectives into product design strategies
  • Help teams identify challenges and devise approaches to overcome them
  • Establish priorities among needs of product and development leaders
  • Embrace lean design experimentation and rapid prototyping to validate assumptions
  • Look for and apply customer insights in every phase of the design process
  • Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in UX-related fields, specifically in solving complex problems within SaaS enterprise products such as cybersecurity, healthcare, fintech, or insurance.

A strong portfolio demonstrating functional expertise, excellent storytelling skills, and a passion for user-centric design is essential.

  • Candidates should also have leadership skills, ability to delegate tasks, and knowledge of service design principles.
