Senior User Experience Designer
We're experiencing an exciting phase of rapid growth, and with the formation of a new team, we're seeking a talented Senior User Experience Designer to join our mission. As our new team member, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, crafting intuitive experiences that will empower food manufacturers worldwide.
- Key Responsibilities:
- User Experience & Interface Design: Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma; collaborate with the product team to translate requirements into intuitive user interfaces; apply UX best practices to create consistent and user-friendly experiences.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation; participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and use it to suggest design improvements.
- Learning & Growth: Stay updated on design trends and Figma features; participate in team learning sessions and workshops.
Requirements:
- We're looking for someone who is passionate about design, innovation, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. You should have:
- Proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma.
- Basic understanding of animation and its benefits in interface design, with the ability to prototype animations.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, accessibility, and user testing methodologies.
- Technical understanding of how design decisions impact development.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a good grasp of UI/UX design principles, with a focus on responsive and mobile-first design.
