• ???? Primary Responsibilities
• Spearhead the design strategy and execution for key digital products, with a primary focus on dashboards and analytics tools, ensuring a user-centric approach.
• Develop, maintain, and champion the company's design system, promoting its adoption and ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
• Conduct and leverage user research, usability testing, and other qualitative/quantitative methods to gather insights and inform design decisions, leading to continuous product improvement.
