The Work You’ll Do

At Sovos, you will focus on UX design for the Sales & Use Tax platform, which includes three product lines: tax determination, tax filing, and exemption management. As a design lead, you will gain a deep understanding of how this interconnected suite of products is used by all customer groups including internal stakeholders and external customers, and deliver exceptional experiences for them, owning the entire customer experience lifecycle.

Besides catering to the primary enterprise customer base, you will also be heading the effort to tailor these offerings to our accounting company partners who have mostly small and medium-sized clients.
