Job Title: Interface Designer

• We are seeking a creative and skilled interface designer to work on designing functional and aesthetically appealing interfaces in Funchal, Portugal.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that translate business requirements into functional interfaces.
• Develop and maintain consistent design standards across all products and platforms.
• Conduct usability research and analysis to improve the overall product experience.
• Gather technical requirements from clients to ensure the design meets their needs.
• Create visual materials for clients, ensuring consistency between physical and digital materials.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure the best user experience.
• Test, validate, and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance data.
• Ensure responsiveness and compatibility of designs across devices and resolutions.

• Requirements:
• Proven previous experience in interface design, with a portfolio demonstrating functional and aesthetically appealing interfaces.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
• Ability to conduct usability testing and apply design best practices to optimize the user experience.
• Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems with a creative approach.
