VOQIN' is looking for a UX/UI Design Intern to join our new Future LABS, a multidisciplinary unit dedicated to innovation, supporting the company’s internal and external developments in the fields of events, technology and Emotional Thinking.

The UX/UI Design intern will help translate concepts into clear, intuitive digital experiences - from quick prototypes (web apps, dashboards, event tools) to polished interfaces ready for pilot tests. Working in agile sprints, you’ll partner with internal and external teams to turn user insights and emotional-thinking principles into user-friendly systems. You’ll also assist in the Lab’s own communication assets ensuring every touch-point reflects our emotion-driven, future-focused identity. This position requires a combination of technical skill, passion for organization, curiosity, creative exploration, and cross-team collaboration.

• Your Mission:
• Conduct rapid research, map journeys, and create low/high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma (or similar).
• Build clickable prototypes; plan and run usability tests; iterate based on feedback.
• Develop responsive UI, iconography, motion cues, and micro-interactions as well as develop brand identity assest.
• Maintain component libraries and style guides for internal products
• Design communication materials, visuals for demos, pitches, and events.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth hand-off and front-end feasibility.
• Present design rationale in clear language, linking choices to emotional-thinking principles and business value.
• Stay current on UX, UI, accessibility, and emerging tech; share insights with the team.

• Your Superpowers:
• Master’s degree in Design, UX/UI, HCI or related field, completed less than 3 years ago
• Available for an IEFP internship (recent graduate, first-time job seeker, or registered unemployed)
• Experience in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Proefficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Design thinking and human-centered design approaches with the ability to balance brand identity with user needs
• Team player with a keen eye for aesthetics and passion for emotional design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Problem-solver
• Creative, curious and proactive mindset
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus, but not mandatory
• Familiarity with AI tools for rapid ideation, content and asset generation
