Role Overview:

As the Lead UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design team, creating engaging and intuitive user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement user interface designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance team performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
