Job Title: Senior UX DesignerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our global digital ordering platforms.Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for improvement based on research findings and usage data. You will lead the UX design process, creating user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that meet business and user needs.To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of UX design principles and practices. You should be able to facilitate workshops and user testing sessions with international stakeholders to gather insights and validate design hypotheses.In addition to your technical skills, you must be an excellent communicator and collaborator. You should be able to work effectively with product managers, business analysts, and developers to define requirements and shape deliverables that meet business and user needs.Our ideal candidate will have a degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Product Design, or a related field. They should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates their ability to generate high-level concepts and translate them into valuable and implementable digital products.The successful candidate will also have advanced skills in design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
