Product Designer Position

• This is a key role in our technology team responsible for creating end-to-end product designs from discovery to delivery.
• We are seeking an experienced UX/UI designer with a strong focus on user experience and visual design fundamentals.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI designer with research, design, and validation skills. They will be proficient in Figma and have excellent communication skills to present design rationale and defend decisions to stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end design process for assigned products and features.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze data, and A/B test design solutions.
• Create interactive prototypes, detailed user flows, and polished visual designs.
• Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong attention to visual details and user experience fundamentals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet technical and business requirements.

• Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI designer.
• Strong UX focus and visual design fundamentals.
• Experience with responsive web and mobile apps.
• Familiarity with Design Systems in Figma.
• Data-driven design decisions and analytics experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Critical and design thinking skills.
• Team player with passion for users and digital environments.

• A Plus:
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate design work.
• Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
