The UI/UX Program Manager will be a member of the Digital Office Communications team, partnering with all units of the Digital Office, Digital Office eco-system of partners and with Nokia corporate Communications to define, implement & permanently evolve the Digital Office / IT Services portal targeting a efficient and engaging UI/UX that enhances end user productivity.

What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:

- Leading the program to redefine, implement & permanently evolve the IT services portal to bring a unique UI/UX to IT users, based upon user stories, and benefit from the latest state of the art technologies and architecture best practices
- Performing user research, ideation, experience maps, user journeys, user flows, visual design or interactive prototyping, usability reports, testing, defect fixing, business deployment and training. Implementing accessibility requirements and brand guidelines on IT services portal
- Address UI/UX for large digitalization programs such as ngERP, Hestia
- Getting videos developed by program team as media to convey key messages toward IT users
- Establishing a Center of Excellence to perform a continuous improvement approach on the IT Services portal, capitalizing on feedback from IT user groups, be they within DO or within Nokia
- Evolving the IT services portal to an Employee Center as the destination site for employee needs
- Evaluating and measuring defined KPIs to ensure continuous improvement

Your skills and experience
You have:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Multimedia, Internet, Digital Design, Computer Science or related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience in web design, project management and business processes
- Experience working in large, complex public or private organizations
- Strong video creation skills
- Ability to understand nuanced communications and serve as relationship manager to stakeholders across multiple units and functions
- Proficient in English

It would be nice if you also had:

- Strong project management, communication and UI/UX skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to lead a program team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint and ServiceNow are strongly desired
