Job Description

As a seasoned UX Manager, you will lead and mentor a global team of designers working on projects for our Growth group in Research and Development. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of five UX designers and ensuring that the new functionality we release meets both business and user goals.

• The UX team consists of product designers and technical writers who are committed to helping our users create compelling product experiences. We use Figma to create designs using our design system, Habanero. In addition, we employ a set of tools to connect with current and potential customers both within and outside our product.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of UX designers and ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet business and user goals
• Develop and implement UX best practices to ensure a seamless, user-centered design experience
• Partner with Directors of Engineering and Product Management to lead the Growth Group in the R&D organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative projects that push the boundaries of what Salsify's platform can achieve

• To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Proven experience in UX management and leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of design systems and Figma
