Senior UX/UI Designer Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will lead the evolution of our product experience by taking ownership of design across the product, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

This high-impact role involves transforming complex industrial workflows into intuitive, scalable interfaces that users love. The Senior UX/UI Designer will work closely with engineers, product managers, and implementation teams to ensure design is embedded into every step of our process.

• Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end design initiatives
• Design and document flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Mentor junior designers

• Key Skills:
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
• Experience with Figma and other design tools
