As a User Experience and Interface Designer, you have the opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our innovative Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

This position is part of the Product Development team, where you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. They will also be proficient in UI design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, and have knowledge of agile software development methodologies.

Responsibilities include creating user interfaces, handling complex use cases, and participating in user research and usability testing. Additionally, they will document product guidelines and best practices, focusing on atomic design principles.

Required skills and qualifications include 2-5 years of experience in a professional UI/UX role, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and great interpersonal and communication skills. Time management, organization, and prioritization are also essential.

Desirable skills include proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, as well as knowledge of design systems and agile methodologies.
