Lead Designer for User Experience and UI

• We are looking for an experienced professional to spearhead the UX and UI design for a significant project in the banking sector. This role requires a candidate with a robust portfolio and a keen eye for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop user journeys and UI screens
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards and guidelines
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing expertise in user journey mapping and UI design
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of front-end design principles and best practices
• Preferred Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is beneficial
