Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative UI/UX designer to join our team on a part-time basis.

• The successful candidate will transform product requirements into intuitive designs, ensuring seamless user experiences across various products and media. This role requires close collaboration with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders throughout the development cycle.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Design creative and effective graphic solutions that meet business goals using various software programs, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
• Develop user-centered designs by gathering feedback from usability testing and refining user stories and journey maps.
• Establish and maintain a consistent design system and style guide across all products, ensuring responsiveness and optimization for different devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and align designs with product requirements, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and design trends to enhance user experience.
• Essential Qualifications:
• Strong skills in design and UI/UX, mobile and desktop.
• Ability to translate user stories into design solutions.
• Excellent understanding of responsive design principles.
• Solid grasp of HTML/CSS basics to communicate effectively with developers.
• Knowledge and understanding of digital advertising and web best practices.
• Fluent English.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to create and use storyboards to visualize user flows and product interactions.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Digital image illustration and motion graphics skills are advantageous.
