We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for a creative yet analytical professional who thrives in agile environments and has experience designing dashboards, analytics tools, or AI-powered solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications, with a focus on dashboards, analytics tools, and AI-powered interactions.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems using Figma.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Translate user research and data-driven insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Ensure consistency and usability in typography, color, layout, and overall design language.
  • Communicate and present design solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Consider AI-specific challenges, such as explainability, trust, transparency, and user control, in your design approach.
  • Contribute to the creation of seamless user flows, including for chat-based interfaces.
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered, high-quality work.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, with proven experience building and maintaining design systems.
  • Basic understanding of React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to anticipate implementation needs.
  • Strong knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Data-driven approach to design, using tools such as Looker, Heap, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Proficiency with the English language.

  • Experience designing for chat interfaces.
  • Background in AI-related product design.
