We’re Hiring – Product Designer (UI/UX) | Hybrid, Lisbon

At ListKit, we’re one of the fastest-growing SaaS platforms in the sales intelligence space – VC-backed, profitable, and scaling fast. Our mission? Reinvent outbound with AI, data, and automation.

We’re now looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to help us elevate every touchpoint of our product — from the first click to the final conversion.

What you’ll do

· Design end-to-end user experiences across dashboards, onboarding flows, and micro-interactions.

· Partner with engineering to build fast, scalable UIs.

· Run user research & usability testing to solve real problems with elegant design.

· Collaborate with growth on CRO best practices.

· Maintain and evolve our design system.

What we’re looking for

· 3–5 years’ experience in Product Design (UI/UX).

· Strong SaaS portfolio (ideally B2B).

· Figma mastery + good knowledge of HTML/CSS/React basics.

· Experience with UX analytics & A/B testing tools.

· A proactive mindset and passion for details.
