Overview

  • Alps2Alps ski transfers is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our innovation‑driven travel tech team. You will help create, build, test, ship, and improve user experiences and conversion rates for our digital products. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding and translating user needs into intuitive, engaging designs.
  • Responsibilities
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions. Collaborate with UX researchers and analysts to gather necessary data.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user experiences and product features.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Advocate for user‑centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development process.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into iterative designs.
  • Collaborate with external designers and guide their work.
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with web front‑end technologies.
  • Willingness to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Flexibility to work from almost anywhere in the world.
