We’re Hiring – Product Designer (UI / UX) | Hybrid, Lisbon

At ListKit, we’re one of the fastest-growing SaaS platforms in the sales intelligence space – VC-backed, profitable, and scaling fast. Our mission? Reinvent outbound with AI, data, and automation.

We’re now looking for a Product Designer (UI / UX) to help us elevate every touchpoint of our product — from the first click to the final conversion.

  • What you’ll do
  • Design end-to-end user experiences across dashboards, onboarding flows, and micro-interactions.
  • Partner with engineering to build fast, scalable UIs.
  • Run user research & usability testing to solve real problems with elegant design.
  • Collaborate with growth on CRO best practices.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system.
  • What we’re looking for
  • 3–5 years’ experience in Product Design (UI / UX).
  • Strong SaaS portfolio (ideally B2B).
  • Figma mastery + good knowledge of HTML / CSS / React basics.
  • Experience with UX analytics & A / B testing tools.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for details.
