The Digital division focuses exclusively on the IT sector, offering unique opportunities for professional development. We are looking for a UX Designer.

• To bring Design expertise to the department, and work closely with others from a wide range of disciplines to create design for the optimum user experience.
• To develop and share expertise in design for user experience, design thinking, and service design with the User Experience & Design team and other key stakeholders.
• To articulate design decisions, and communicate these effectively across multi- disciplinary teams.
• To work alongside other design and branding team (M&A, CLIENT Creative) to support the design of a coherent service across client products and services. 
• Identity areas of projects where user experience design is required and would make a positive impact. Initiate projects to address these by prioritising workload.

• Proven experience in user experience (UX) design, ideally within digital media and multi-platform environments.
• A portfolio of work across different screens and systems.
• Strong UX and UI craft skills to produce high quality, accessible design solutions.
• Proficiency using Figma and other design tools, and collaboration/planning tools such as Jira.
• Experience in service design including ideation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to work across disciplines including branding, service design, product development and development teams.
• Good communication skills, and ability to communicate design decisions effectively.
• Planning your own work to progress assigned tasks.
• Aware of the latest design trends and technology developments.
• Design degree or equivalent on the job experience.
