- Tasks
- *The role**:
- As a UX Designer at Sherpany, you will be part of the Product Design Chapter. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UI Designers to make Sherpany a delightful product for Board
- - and C-Level Meetings.
In this role, you'll solve challenging design problems and develop easy-to-use user interfaces. Your decisions are based on user research findings. You create concepts, workflows, design prototypes, and optimize the user experience journey.
- Together with the Product Managers, you help to define the strategy, objectives, and vision for the user experience, with a focus on your team’s area of the end to end product.
- *Responsibilities**:
- - Drive product usage through journey optimizations
- - Architect solutions to support desired outcomes including pursuing the research, concept, prototyping, testing and iterating involved in reaching a confident solution.
- - Collaborate with engineers to determine technical feasibility and iterate based on this where needed.
- - Together with the Product Managers, help define strategy, objectives and the vision for the user experience, with a focus on your team’s area of the e2e product.

- - you are used to deciding on every design challenge from the user's point of view.
- - you are curious to understand leaders’ key challenges in terms of meeting management and solving them through Sherpany.
- - you are happy to share your knowledge and experience working with design systems and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- - you are experienced in communication in interdisciplinary teams and know what to do to keep stakeholders on board.
