About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX / UI Consultant to lead the design and

delivery of user-centered digital

experiences for complex enterprise projects. This role combines

strategic thinking with hands-on design execution — ideal for someone

passionate about creating intuitive,

functional, and aesthetically refined interfaces that enhance

the user journey and meet technical realities.

Key Responsibilities

Design low-

and high-fidelity interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and interaction

flows.

Build navigable

prototypes, architecture maps, and user navigation models in

tools such as Figma

or InVision.

Conduct user

interviews, focus groups, and usability sessions to gather

actionable insights.

Synthesize user data into clear design decisions

and recommendations.

Facilitate ideation and problem-solving workshops,

collaborating closely with product owners and developers.

Ensure design consistency and alignment with

development teams during handoff.

Document and present findings, user journeys,

and design rationales to stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements (must

appear clearly on your CV)

✅ Proficiency in Figma or InVision,

including advanced prototyping and design system management.

✅ Experience designing usability flows, page architectures, and navigation structures.

✅ Proven experience conducting user interviews and focus group sessions.

✅ Strong understanding of usability principles and UX research methodologies.

✅ Ability to adapt

designs to technical constraints and collaborate with

cross-functional teams.

✅ Training or certification in Product Design, UX / UI Design, Design

Thinking, Service Design, or Usability Research.

✅ Excellent communication skills in English (B2 minimum).

Desirable Skills

⭐ Proficiency with vector and image editing tools

such as Illustrator

or Photoshop.

⭐ Experience creating or maintaining Design Systems, UI Kits, or component libraries.

⭐ Familiarity with UX analytics tools and data-driven design processes.

⭐ Experience working in Agile environments.
