  • We are seeking a talented and driven UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing the customer journey and user experience across our platform. By combining your creativity with a data-driven approach, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions that align with our business goals and resonate with our users.Customer Journey Improvement
  • Analyze and improve the customer journey within our Studio and other Customer facing assets, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to identify pain points and implement usability enhancements that delight users.
  • Insights and Actionable Changes
  • Own and manage user behavior tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Use data-driven insights to create impactful design improvements.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Website Page Design
  • Design, update, and enhance marketing pages (built with Webflow) to align with brand standards and optimize user engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs effectively support campaign goals and drive conversions.
  • Collaborative Design Processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive design implementation.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the ideation of new features and improvements.
  • Design Ownership
  • Maintain and evolve the design language and style guide for consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure accessibility and responsiveness in all designs, catering to diverse user needs and devices.
  • Must-have
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Experience with A/B testing and iterative design processes.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as WebFlow, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Nice-to-have
  • Experience with user analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics) and a data-driven design approach.
  • Experience working in e-commerce driven companies
