• Implement holistically: You are the go-to person for the comprehensive industrial and app

design (Bosch Smart Home App), and you oversee the entire creation process from

• conception and prototype development to implementation.
• Create new things: Together with the UX team, you will create interaction concepts and

expand our Bosch Smart Home App with new intelligent features, implemented in pixel-

perfect visual designs, in collaboration with the development teams. Additionally, you will be

• responsible for creating detailed concepts, from scribbles to interactive prototypes.
• Take responsibility: You independently organize UX tests and conduct user surveys. You

• will also manage design agencies.
• Shape the future: You ensure the consistent application of the Bosch Smart Home

Corporate Design.

• O teu perfil
• Education: You have a completed studies in Industrial and Interaction Design and several

• years of relevant professional experience.
• Personality: You are a proactive and reliable team player with a strong sense of

responsibility. You work in a solution-oriented and structured manner, always keeping the

user in mind. Furthermore, you possess strong communication skills and genuinely enjoy

agile project work in interdisciplinary teams with designers, product managers, and

• developers.
• Know-how: You are proficient in common design and prototyping tools such as Adobe

Creative Suite and Figma. Knowledge in Phrase is nice to have whereas knowledge of mobile

app style guides from Apple and Google is a must. You have experience with user research

and usability testing. Professional experience in Smart Home or related industries, e.g.

• HVAC, Energy, Security is a plus.
• Languages: You have very good English skills.
