Job Description

You’ll contribute to different stages of the design process, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, experiment, and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, real-world product environment.

  • Your contribution to something big :
  • Design intuitive and visually engaging UI layouts for web and / or mobile applications;
  • Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews;
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer journey maps, personas, and stakeholder maps;
  • Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes;
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across implementations;
  • Advocate for user-centered thinking and accessibility throughout the design process;
  • Help evolve our design system and shared components, ensuring consistency and scalability across products;
  • Present and communicate design decisions clearly to various audiences, including stakeholders;
  • Adhere to style guides and internal standards, ensuring consistency across products and touchpoints;
  • Learn continuously, seek feedback, and actively contribute to team discussions and design reviews.

Qualifications

  • What distinguishes you :
  • Academic background or training in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience);
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or others);
  • Understanding of fundamental UX principles, design processes, and usability best practices;
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable insights;
  • A good eye for visual design, layout, typography, and color, with attention to detail and consistency;
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first principles;
  • Strong motivation to learn, collaborate, and grow within a supportive design team environment;
  • Passion for keeping up with design trends and emerging tools or techniques;
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
