• Front‑end UI/UX design expertise and user‑friendly customer journeys
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles beyond surface knowledge
• Ability to differentiate true knowledge from perceived understanding (Dunning–Kruger awareness)
• Openness to learn, listen, and share knowledge within the organization
• Strong business problem‑solving mindset with ownership over (sub‑)projects
• Prioritization using Pareto principle and agile iteration planning
• Effective communication adapting style to the audience

Budget

€80,000 – €140,000 per year, depending on experience and fit.
