Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior UX / UI Designer to support the creation, documentation, and evolution of user interfaces across
multiple applications. The role includes maintaining design consistency, delivering high-quality design assets, and collaborating
closely with development and product teams.
- Responsibilities and Duties
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs;
- Maintain and evolve design documentation and component libraries;
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system;
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers to refine user flows;
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across applications;
- Provide clear, organized design handoffs to development teams;
- Participate in discussions to align design decisions with business needs.
- What we need
- Strong experience creating and managing complex design systems;
- Strong experience with Figma, including components and prototyping;
- Solid portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work for web applications;
- Experience in translating requirements into intuitive user experiences;
- Understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles;
- Ability to produce clear design documentation and specifications;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Mandatory : Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Nice to Have
- Experience working on enterprise or B2B applications;
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies and languages;
- Knowledge of accessibility standards;
- Experience with user research or usability testing.
