Job Title

UX Research Specialist

As a UX Researcher, you will :

Drive UX Research during early stage of Product (until MVP), including :

Research planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting

Generative (participatory design) and evaluative (usability testing) research

User personas definition and user journey mapping with Product Managers, SMEs & Customers

Conduct necessary testing activities

Setting up, running and reporting all aspects of qualitative and quantitative user experience research

Support decision making based on both qualitative and quantitative data gathered

Support UX lead in defining and implementing UX strategy and the Evangelization of UX findings within the organization

Ensure Alignment of UX guidelines with global organization, industry & international standard

Our team

You will be part of the Delivery Management Product Management team responsible for incubating a new portfolio toward airlines to :

Support retailing transformation of the travel industry by Delivering orders and airport experience of the future

Enabling travel experience, operational efficiency, and Brand differentiation for the airlines with customer & journey centricity

You will be part of a core "incubation" team with Product Manager, UX, Solutions & pre-sales and work closely with our engineering counterparts based mostly in France & UK but also in India, Australia, Colombia. Your responsibility and reach will be global; collaborating with customers, Product Managers, engineering teams, Solutions & Pre-sales teams in all geographical markets & locations. You will be reporting to our Head of Product.

Key accountabilities

Plan and conduct informative, quantitative, and qualitative UX research

Conduct benchmark analysis and research on developer websites and identify trends and best practices to provide recommendations

Facilitate ideation design sessions with project / product teams to inject UX research findings in the design process

Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and product vision into user flows, wireframes and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences

Work with UX designers to suggest directions for the Ui design based on research findings

Conduct user research and testing activities (interviews, focus groups, web data analysis) to understand customer needs and improve UX. Develop user personas, experience map, customer journeys and interaction flows

Generate and evaluation User Experience

Document protocols and findings

Design low fidelity solutions to address business growth and user needs (Wireframes, recommendation, user flow, information architecture...)

Share research findings and evangelize UX

The ideal candidate

Degree in UX research, design, human-computer interaction, cognitive science, or other similar fields

Proven track record of UX research experience, with practical examples of how to solve business problems by applying user research methodologies

Ideally experience with Agile methodologies and design thinking

Experience with Design Systems and UX Patterns

Knowledge in Design Ops and methodologies

Highly creative, passionate about great user experience, with a great eye for detail

Knowledge about web analytics, personalization, A / B testing, heuristic analytics, and usability and accessibility concerns

Up to date with latest technologies, innovation, design systems and design trends

Experience creating designs for interfaces on multiple platforms (Adobe Suite or Figma)

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word; a good understanding of HTML and CSS to work closely with frontend teams will be a plus

Startup mentality and ability to adapt to fast changing requirements / goals and learn quickly

English speaker (native or advanced proven professional level)

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to cross-functional teams

Comfortable with change and can adapt in a dynamic environment, working with a mix of in-person and fully-remote partners
